Your privacy matters. Here is exactly what ITToolKit does, and does not do, with your data.
Last updated: April 2026ITToolKit does not collect, store or transmit any data you enter into our tools. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you type, paste or upload ever leaves your device. We have no database, no user accounts and no backend server processing your inputs.
- Text or data you enter into any tool input field is never transmitted anywhere
- Files you upload (CSV, Excel) are processed in your browser and never sent to a server
- We do not collect your name, email address or any personal identifying information
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
- We do not create user profiles or track individual users across sessions
- We do not sell, share or trade any user data with third parties
ITToolKit uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. This helps us understand which tools are most popular and how the site is being used overall so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, browser type, device type and approximate geographic location at country or region level. This data is aggregated and anonymised and cannot be used to identify individual users.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information see the Google Privacy Policy.
ITToolKit displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Some tools load third-party JavaScript libraries from CDNs for specific functionality including SheetJS (XLSX) and jsPDF for the Age Calculator. These libraries run entirely in your browser and do not transmit your data anywhere. Cloudflare CDN may log standard HTTP request data as part of normal CDN operation.
ITToolKit is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps and pages requested as part of normal hosting operations. See the Netlify Privacy Policy for details.
